For those of you who were interested in flyering tomorrow and Thursday
for the Career Resource Center, here's all the important information you
There will be a sign-in/sign-out sheet at the front desk of the Career
Resource Center (1st floor of the Reitz). Next to this sheet will be a
stack of flyers. Take some of the flyers and go distribute them in
either the Reitz Collonade or Turlington Plaza. You can flyer for
however long you like (30 minutes, an hour, 2 hours..) Please place any
undistributed flyers on the stack next to the sign-in/sign-out sheet
after you have signed out.
You can come and go as you please between the hours of 10am and 3pm on
Wednesday AND Thursday, but MAKE SURE THAT YOU SIGN IN AND OUT,
otherwise we can't give you any points for participating. You will
receive 7 participation points/hour for the first 3 hours. After that,
you will receive 3 raffle tickets/hour. These hours will carry over
between Wednesday and Thursday. So, for example, if you flyer for 3
hours on Wednesday and 3 hours on Thursday, you will receive 21
participation points and 9 raffle tickets (NOT 42 participation points).
REMEMBER that we will be rounding UP your total participation points
for the year when distributing raffle tickets at the meeting next
Wednesday. So, for example, if you have 81 participation points, we'll
round it up to 90 and you'll receive 9 raffle tickets instead of 8! :)

know that it was short notice, and I'm happy with the amount of people
