The UF Department of Housing is launching a new venture in graduate student housing: The Continuum -- safe, secure, convenient, affordable luxury graduate student living within steps of campus, downtown Gainesville and the site of the new Florida Innovation Hub at UF, all for one monthly rate that includes rent, utilities, cable television and Internet access in furnished units with household appliances and community amenities. Now under construction at 425 West University Avenue in Gainesville, The Continuum is due to open August 2011. A variety of floor plans and rental options are available.
