You should be able to drag and drop and message from one folder into
another.
Click and hold on the message you wish to delete and drag it to the "trash"
folder.
This is handy when you delete to quickly and want to bring a message out of
trash.
Consider hitting the junk mail button first, they might not have crippled
that one.
Who is the vendor?
