The focus on most records management software programs
these days seems to be the management of electronic
records, as opposed to hardcopy records. The shift is so
apparent to me, that in many of them don't even offer
methods to enter boxes, or check them out to customers. In
addition to managing your electronic records, is anyone
using this particular program to manage boxes stored
offsite, or file folders in a central fileroom?
If so, would you be willing to contact me offline, as I
have a client who is interested in this and has lots of
questions (as do I).
