Good morning everyone,

I trust you all had a great weekend and are looking forward to another
fun and adventure filled week at the office.

Migration as a destruction mechanism for electronic records as I read
the original message does not seem to document the destruction process or
provide a clear audit trail. Particularly for those of us in the public
records realm, documentation of the actual destruction (or any other
form of disposition) is a legislated requirement.

I am intrigued by the concept, however. It seems that it would at the
very least be an excellent "disposition trigger." Mr. Thomas, do you have
any contact information for Dr. Stephens or for further research on this topic?

Have a great day and God bless.

Sincerely,

Curtis Welch
