Actually, I heard it on a local news broadcast and not from an e-mail.  I
don't think they said (nor did I) that it was a bill on the floor for
signature, just that is was an issue being discussed somewhat seriously in
the House.

Thanks for the tip on About.com though.  I discovered it about a month ago
and have yet to find a topic I can't get some information on from them.  It
truly is a great resource.
