I'm trying to establish how long to keep authoirzations from customers to
automatically deduct monthly bills for elecric service from their checking
account. This is a common practice in many industires, like my  insurance and
mortgage companies.  Can anyone tell me how long  these are kept and is there a
regulatory/legal citation used.
