Having lived in the city for several years, I can tell you that there are
several things to do outside the realm of gambling.

2) Mt. Charleston (scenic- evening) (See mountain)
3) Death Valley (scenic - day trip) (See more rocks and desert)
4) Hoover Dam (history, boatride - day) (already mentioned) (See man made
rocks)
5) Valley of fire (Already mentioned)  (See more rocks and desert)
6) Lounge shows -(entertainment - cheap evening) (see the newest
entertainment or maybe the oldest)
7) Utah Bryce canyon ( scenic - day trip) (See more rocks and desert)
8) Tour Downtown LV - (See worlds largest gold nugget (found in Australia),
see $1,000,000 in $10,000 bills)
Get behind the scenes tour from casino security - (Downtown can not remember
which hotel) (Need I say more)
9) Ethel M Chocolate Factory Tour (See chocolate made with adult beverages)
10) Slots of fun hot dogs ($1.00 for a 1/2 lb. wiener) -don't know if this
is still available or not. (see a doctor after this)
