Do you have a General Counsel or equivalent?   They may have a complete set
of USC.    Otherwise, your local library may have the USCode in hard copy or
an electronic connection to ??? LEXUS??    NEXUS???? sorry, drawing a blank
on the legal subscription database available in many law firms and some
libraries.
