Liss'n up here... I know a couplaguys on the east coast dat could help you out.
They are real experts at "fixing" your kind of problem.... and they won't charge
much more than one month's rent dat you're payin' now, as long as they get to
watch the flames.  Just call 555-ARSN and ask for da Gas Man (and no, he did not
get that nickname from his burrito lunches).

But seriously,  you do need to build your retention schedule first, then apply
it to your hoard of material.  It sounds like you have a massive job to do.
