I just found the Myers-Briggs test on the Web at
http://www.AdvisorTeam.com/keirsey_sorters.html

The 16 personality types are described there and in the upper right-hand
corner is a link to the test itself. They'll tell you your temperment
style for free (two of the four letters) and charge $9.95 for the full
report. (I still had $5.25 left over from a free offer on PayPal, so I
splurged and bought the report.) My personality type is INFP.

Someone mentioned how many personality types are turning up. I think there
are as many types of records managers as there are records types. We each
come into this field with different expectations and outlooks. Our
personality type needs to blend well with those of our managers in order to
be effective in our positions. If we clash, we can't get our jobs done.
