        procedure:

        ...being handed a list of over 300 off-site box barcodes with no
indexing of
        box contents; then recalling at random 10% of these boxes and
checking for
        contents as to determine any information possible in order to impose

        retention or not..... ?

        Has anyone had to do this and would like to give me some helpful
hints as
        well?
