The float needs to be at the O'Connell Center parking lot by 10:00AM.
Obviously that means that Jeff and I will be there from that time onwards.
The parade officially starts at noon. It usually runs until 3:00PM.
Unfortunately we do not know where we are in the lineup so I do not know
what time we are walking. It is recommended that you arrive early enough to
find parking (100,000+ people watch the parade and there are numerous
walkers). We will be monitoring 146.910. If we do not answer, try again as
it is often noisy while the bands warm up.
Jeff and I planned on bringing sandwiches so please tell me by Wednesday
(October 31 - Halloween) if you are walking. Anyone who wants to bring
chips or drinks or whatever is welcome to do so. We can have a picnic.
Once the parade is over, we plan on dumping the float and going out to
lunch/early dinner. Anyone who wants to join us is welcome to come.
