Update on the dinner meeting...

Wednesday October 24, 6:00 p.m.
Hungry Howie's Pizza Buffet
4928 NW 39th Avenue   (West of 43rd street on NW 39th Avenue)

It's $3.99 for all-u-can-eat pizza, pasta, salad, soup, and dessert.  Alternatives are wings, sandwiches, and a-la-carte pizzas, pastas, and salads.  You do not have to purchase anything to join the meeting.

The plan is to discuss details concerning the planned decorations for the tower trailer and what the final paint job will be.   Susan will provide a sketch of the planned decoration for the tower trailer.   Again, we have funds donated from generous members of GARS.

We will have a "boom box" with speakers playing pre-recorded messages /
announcements from the repeater.  I'll have some of those prepared for
everyone to hear.

We will have the latest update on club shirts, and the suggested colors for  the walkers to wear.

The final decorating weekend is October 27th-28th.  After that, we will
only have evenings and the morning of November 2nd.
