I am looking for information regarding the use of Records Management
Consultants to assist in reviving or restructuring a Records Management
Department.  Specifically, what are the benefits, costs, what you get for
your money, how long are they needed.  I need this information to convince
upper management.  Any information is welcome from both records
professionals or consultants themselves.  Would prefer non-product specific
consultants please at this time.  Please reply to me directly and not to the
