Good Morning,
Noting the recent mailroom scares throughout the country I am seeking a best
practice for mail opening.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the California Highway Patrol is
training State of California Employees in regard to these issues.
It seems that rubber gloves on staff who open mail is the quick and easy way
to go.
Suggestions?
