Thanks for pointing out the article. Interesting to note that Mr.
Springsteel the author is a freelancer out of Boston. The local ARMA chapter
there might want to include him on their mailing list. Sad fact that ARMA
wasn't contacted to provide some information. Placing useful articles in
Magazines such as CIO is one way to raise awareness of electronic records
management issues within the IT community.
