Carla: I have this book and it is a good reference source. It has much
more than just e-mail policy information, it addresses conducting an
e-audit, acceptable use of the internet, cyberrisk assessment, cyberlaw
issues employer/employee, cyberinsurance, writing guidelines and even
has a section on standard e-mail abbreviations. It has checklists and
sample policies. Some of the book is strictly about writing and writing
styles. One of the appendices addresses the issue of electronic records
and uses an article by Skupsky from the Records Mgmt Quarterly (January
1995) as a reference. I think it is a good resource and I have
referenced it several times.
