Indiana University recently completed Phase II of its NHPRC-funded electronic records project. Philip Bantin will present recommendations on how to establish an electronic records management program based on the Indiana University project.

10:30 am Richard Marcus, NARA--College Park, MD
NARA is currently in the process of evaluating Records Management Automation (RMA) software to help manage the agency's electronic and other records. Richard Marcus, the national Records Management Officer for NARA will discuss the lessons he has learned from evaluating RMA software products.
