A well written, extremely balanced article... I think copies (paper, of
course =) ) should be put in the in-boxes of all the IT folks in the
organization.
Seriously though, this article can be used as a springboard to bring the
issue up for discussion with our IT counterparts and should be. It puts
things in terms they understand and in a perspective they might be more
receptive to.
