Would be interesting too, to know how long to keep electronic copies as many
agencies are only taking electronic copies now.

Interesting topic....
Many employers now scan and OCR resumes and retain a searchable copy of the
resume either in addition to, or in place of, the paper copy
submitted. Not sure how retention is applied to this pool of records, or
if the records of hired employees are removed from this pool once hired.
Any HR types out there that could speak to this??
