This one-day seminar will address conceptual and operational issues
associated with the management of electronic records, particularly recorded
information generated by computers.

The seminar is intended for records managers, archivists, information
systems specialists, computer personnel, and other information management
professionals, who are responsible for the retention, storage, and
protection of databases, e-mail, web pages, and other electronic records.
The discussion will be application-oriented and practical.  While the
sessions will deal with technical topics, all terms and concepts will be
clearly defined.   This seminar is based on the book of the same title
published by ARMA International.
