Brief Description of Program:  After the revelations at Enron and Arthur
Andersen, the importance of a sound record retention and disposition program
has never been clearer.  Do you know if your records management program
complies with state and federal laws?  Do you retain information in the
media required by auditors?  Dr. Skupksy will review the various laws
related to the admissibility of original records and duplicate copies,
microform, computer and digitized records as evidence to protect your
company, agency and employees.  Requirements for the IRS and SEC will be
examined in depth.  The consequences for failure to comply with legal
requirements and the liability of the records and information management
professional will be addressed.
