Hi Milton
  I know we have rose-ringed, monk and black-hooded here in St. Augustine,
but have never seen any info (on any of the migratory or CBC counts) regarding
red-crowned parrot.  I have observed mitred parakeet living in one of the walls
of the Fort a number of years ago. Perhaps, some other locals will respond.
