To add another thought -

If you are implementing an enterprise solution (more than one building)
don't forgot to consider the stability of the network and how the
application handles those problems.

haven't seen it mentioned yet, but don't forget to add in the impact of
new hardware purchases/equipment upgrades to handle the application. for
example do your current desktop units have enough RAM? how about
processor speed.
