Hello,

(Apologies for cross-posting.)  Here is an informal opinion poll.  It
consists of two parts:

1.  For those of you who have used an ERMS:  if you could change any
aspect(s) of the system, what would that be?  It might be anything...
for example:
-- added functionality (even custom)
-- modules you want but your organization doesn't own 
-- bugs 

2.  How would you rate your vendor support, especially in any areas that
you think your system might be improved?

Any opinions (either on- or off-list) that you would like to share would
be appreciated!
