Subject: Re: Law firm engagement letters/ Records Retention
Book sounds GREAT... but no one has actually posted any of the terms/
wording used in the engagement letters. If anyone can post there section
of the engagement letter that notifies the client of the retention
period it would be greatly appreciated. If the book has any examples
that your aware of that would be helpful as well. Thanks in advance for
any and all information.
