About the Program: PDF and Web-based forms are becoming more popular in
organizations today. There e-forms can include digital signatures,
electronic notes, and tracking/auditing capabilities. As governments
and corporations slowly move away from "wet" signatures, what are the
issues with this technology and how does it impact records management?
