I have to do a presentation to Senior Management on imaging and the

of an EDMS.  There are many studies (Gartner for instance) that have
been done
on the subject and stats for each of these.   If  you have anything that
you
feel could be beneficial, please let me know.

Typical questions may be:

   Amount of time knowledge workers spend in a day searching for
information
   Cost of a typical lost folder
   Time savings for companies that implemented an EDMS

I think you get the idea.  Please provide the name of the organization
conducting the study and the date.  I went to the Gartner site, but was
unsuccessful in finding anything.   Thanks in advance for your help.
