Mike Case has been kind enough to send this message about access problems to
Merritt Island.

I myself shall never forget driving the 200+ miles with high hopes to
Merritt Island, only to find that Black Point Drive was closed for repairs.
That is not the case this time, but arrangements may need to be made to
access that wonderful refuge.
