Dear colleagues:

I have been looking into the history of various concepts in records management. One I am having trouble tracking down is when we began using the term "records life-cycle." I cannot find it before 1992. I haven't yet checked the RMQ, but none of the texts I have found before 1990 use it (and a lot after don't use it either!).

Any guidance you can give me would be a big help!

Thanks,
Carol
