We have been running the beta BES for GroupWise and have very few
problems.  The BES setup was easy, and talks to GroupWise thru a trusted
key so security is maintained.  Mail arrives on the BB as fast as on the
desktop client.

As mentioned in one of the replies, we have had more problems with the
BB than the BES.  A three-finger salute on the BB, or the reset has
fixed the not receiving mail problems.

Most of our BB's are from Nextel, but it looks like I am about to add
two Sprint BB's to the mix.

Our division currently uses Extended Systems OneBridge for our mobile
device
synchronization needs.  I must admit, that this software has worked
great
for us in conjunction with our fleet of PalmOne Treo devices.



Using onebridge with a blackberry however, leaves something to be
desired.
I have been looking into the cost of Blackberry Enterprise Server and
would
like to get feedback from any of you that may have experience with the
product.



The plethora of enhancements the software adds for the devices seems
fantastic, but the $1500, 5 license small business package seems
pricey.
Not to mention the $3000 single license Full edition price.



Any pointers to educational discounts would be appreciated!
