Not sure what all that has to do with a Windows Installer repair -
perhaps wrong thread? ;)

Todd will need to disable the NAV plugin for Office. It seems like NAV
2005 has a bug in it's Installer package. A little registry editing
magic could probably fix it, but it'd take a fair share of detective
work.
