Good afternoon,



I am doing some research and was wondering if anyone had this
information or could point me in the direction.  Here are my questions:



            1.  I am looking for service level agreements or standards
used in commercial records management operations.

            2.  Also, do we know who the prominent document manager
companies are in the banking industry?
