I'm interested in finding out if there are any published standards
governing the movement (delocation rates) of cartons from one off-site
storage vendor to another.

We are trying to find out if there are industry standards or best practices
for daily, weekly or monthly delocation about 10,000 cartons from our
current vendor to a new vendor.
