The one suggestion that I have would be to name it Records Compliance
Day/Week rather than a clean out day or purge day or whatever.
Cleanout or purge tend to have negative connotations in the event of a
litigation or investigation. To see more search for the name Rambus in
past RAIN postings. Rambus's Records Purge days were brought during
their litigation.

If you work with your training group you have a golden opportunity to
build compliance as a theme into your program. The emphasis these days
in the corporate world is towards compliance. Compliance with what?
Sarbanes-Oxley, records retention, you name it, compliance covers a
wide range of topics
