Adam, another issue I neglected to mention yesterday is that our Records
Center is not "closed", meaning that users can access the Center after
hours and on weekends, so if the files were not in c/m # order the users
would have a difficult time browsing/finding what they need. If your
Center will be a truly closed center (staffed 24/7 or at least on-call),
you will likely find this approach difficult to sell.
