A reminder, this month's AAC Star Party will be held at the Loftus
Family Ranch, about 20 minutes drive north of Gainesville. A map can

As stated in FirstLight, heightened Leonid meteor activity may occur
after local midnight. Because of this event, coupled with an excellent
weather forecast, there will NOT be a GO/NO GO statement on
Saturday... the star party is a GO.

If you intend to arrive after dark -- please be considerate with your
car lights. Arrive early or scout ahead.
