Were I placed in that position.....having to face possible payment for
conversion from one medium to another, I'd be including that in whatever
project might be involved, OR would "decline the opportunity" to provide
the services requested. However, that's just my viewpoint. System and
media migration should always be a part of the planning process for
technology use. There is no "free lunch" here.....
