I DID call the Westin and Cohasset, and both confirmed that the Westin
was booked...
Couldn't believe the conference hotel was booked within two weeks of the
conference being announced...

I highly suggest you CALL the Westin. Same thing happened last year.
Online it said it was booked, but only because the rooms were being held
for MER registrants. If you call you may likely get a room.
