Pebble Beach Company (PBC), located in Pebble Beach, California, is
currently looking for a records management consultant to help implement
a records management program. PBC is the parent company of The Lodge at
Pebble Beach, The Inn at Spanish Bay, Casa Palmero, The Spa at Pebble
Beach, Pebble Beach Golf Links, The Links at Spanish Bay, Spyglass Hill
Golf Course and Del Monte Golf Course. Our resorts and golf courses are
known worldwide for their stunning oceanfront location and outstanding
service, and are ranked as some of the top luxury resort destinations in
the world.  In addition to the resort and golf course operations, PBC
also maintains extensive private land holdings within the Del Monte
Forest, as well as an employee health center. 

 

Responsibilites:

The individual will be responsible for coordinating a comprehensive
records inventory of the company's on-site and off-site records
locations, developing the company's retention schedule, and the training
of the company's appointed records administrator who will maintain and
audit the program on a going forward basis. Additional responsibilities
include: draft records management policy, create records management
policy procedures, create records inventory instructions, perform
records inventory, develop records retention schedule, develop legal
citation's group file for company's records, draft computer use/email
policy, identify vital records and establish protection instructions,
develop "records management guidelines for employees" document, develop
procedures for sending records to offsite storage, develop "records
coordinator training" document, establish and train departmental records
coordinator team, train the company appointed records administrator,
establish internal audit procedures for the records management program. 

 

CRM (Certified Records Management) designation is preferred. ARMA
association would also be preferred.
