Principles of Management:  Locate and purchase a textbook.  You will
need to know basic principles of management theory and logic.  Read this
book and become familiar with theories X & Y.  Learn who Frederick
Taylor is and that for which he is known.  Same for Charles Deming, and
others.  Remember, "Manager" is part of "Certified Records
Manager."
