Well I have an opinion and you Charles well know what I think. But as
a former President would say "not going to go there wouldn't be
prudent".

Berger's escapade has been thoroughly discussed in the past, as noted
by Gary Link, and well reported in RAIN. RAIN will contain stories
about VP Cheney and the National Archives.

that said I do think that the VP has raised an interesting
constitutional question.
