Hello,
I've used the Ossur smooth pin system with much success but often the patient will comment they miss the "click" noise that assures them the pin is engaged in the lock. I seem to recall someone making a smooth pin to fit these locks with a recessed groove on the end. This would be similar to the Fillauer Gator pins but in a larger diameter.
