I am trying to track down the gentleman who gave the presentation in
Myrtle Beach on using some high tech tools in enforcing a sea turtle
lighting ordinance. It was the last talk (5:15pm) on Monday, Feb 26 in
the Law & Policy session. He's not listed in the program I have. Any
help in getting a name or contact information would be greatly
appreciated.
