As an agenda item for this meeting if time allows, I'd like to introduce 
a proposal to freeze DLXS (Textual Collections and Visual Collections) 
-- all new PALMM content to go directly into DigiTool.   I know this is 
primarily an organizational meeting, but I need your feedback on this.

Organizationally, in addition to Gail's 4 items below, I would add:

(5) How to handle conference calls and listserv -- we have a proposal to 
leave both open to all interested parties, but restrict voting to 
appointed members
(6) Future call schedule
(7) DISC wiki (continue or replace DDAC wiki?)
(8) Quarterly report to CSUL (via TAG)
