Yesterday afternoon I was relaxing on my back porch
for a bit and had a new visitor to my birdbath: a
Connecticutt Warbler, a never before visitor to my
yard. It seems very early for one yet we are
experiencing such unusually warm weather and drought,
I imagine a nice waterbath seems like an oasis to some
birds. I also found a a male House Finch at my front
yard feeder. It has returned today. But, no more
sightings of the Connecticutt Warbler. Life is always
good in the "hood.
