I believe San Jose State started a RIM academic program a few years ago.
 I do not recall if it was a degree offering.  Perhaps it is wrapped up
in a graduate degree.

Thanks for all of the responses. Most people have mentioned
CERTIFICATE
programs when I had mentioned BACHELOR'S. It does look like there are
a
few, very few, degrees available but, nothing on the West coast.
