We have an instance running of Rutgers "Open ETD" system at
http://openetdt.fcla.edu.

This is running "out of the box" with no customization, so you'll see
references to "Some University" etc.

Normally, you would be able to log in with your university id (e.g. at
UF, your gatorlink id) and then would get a form to create an account in
the Open ETD system. However, this test instance isn't set up to do
that, so if you want to play with the system, send me an email and I
will create you 4 accounts, one for each role:
Viewer, Student, Reviewer and Administrator. Then you can see what each
role gets to do.

I do not see a whole lot of documentation, but there is an overview of
features at http://rucore.libraries.rutgers.edu/open/projects/openetd/.

Please forward this note to anyone at your institution who would be
interested in this ETD system.
