This morning (8 Jan.) I had 10 bluebirds in my yard, 7 bright males and
3 females.  They were drinking at the birdbath and saucer, and eating
beauty berries.  This is a bird which I never normally see in my yard.
I presume it's because of the unusually cold weather.
